Hewlko News - Questor - A Case Study
Questor has helped its customers safely manage waste gas emission for over 25 years. But the brand identity had not been updated since the company had started and it did not reflect additional product offerings and new audience sets. In this month's newsletter, we dive into the details of the rebrand.
The Need
To create a modern and clear brand identity and marketing materials that include new service lines and reflect their passion for innovation and quality.
The Project
Brand Identity
Sales Brochure
Website
Word and PPT Templates
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was taking the complex set of product lines and simplifying it into one, easy to understand graphic while highlighting each product's unique set of benefits. Another challenge was messaging, Questor initially focused on solving problems for the oil and gas industry, however the rebrand provided an opportunity to speak to new audience sets and the materials needed to reflect this.
The Solution
Creating a “how it works” sequential graphic that highlighted each product's unique benefits and how they could work together or stand-alone. Copy and images on the website were focused on two specific audience sets needs, while a broader set of images was used to show the wide range of industries Questor can service with their clean air technology.
The Results
A visual identity that reflected a new strategic direction for the company with new product offerings in a fresh, clear and professional manner. Along with a cohesive set of marketing tools to enable the sales team to reach new audience sets.

Inbound 2020 Conference Insights Part 1
My three key takeaways from HubSpot's INBOUND 2020 conference that businesses should focus on for sustainable growth are;
Being Customer Centric And Empathetic: Having a customer first mentality will build loyal relationships and lead to innovation
Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging: Initiatives, programs, reporting and measurements may be an upfront cost but will ultimately improve businesses by developing internal culture, fostering strong relationships with employees and the community - ultimately saving the business money
Consistency Is Key: Being consistent with everything you do both internally and externally will build trust with all stakeholders, i.e. your customers, staff and community
Stay tuned for more insights from the conference in next months newsletter!
